Realme 5i launch confirmed for January 6; gets listed on a retailer's site

Realme Vietnam has officially confirmed that Realme 5i will be launched on January 6, 2020. The company took to Facebook to tease the arrival of the phone. Realme 5i has also been listed on FPT Shop - an online retailer from Vietnam - revealing the specifications of the unannounced device. Interested buyers of the country can register themselves on the site to get the latest information about the phone. 
Realme 5i will be the fourth handset in the company's 5 lineup that comprises of the standard Realme 5, the pro variant Realme 5 Pro and the affordable Realme 5s. 
The phone is expected to make its way to the Indian market soon after its launch in Vietnam. However, there has been no confirmation from the company on this. 

Realme 5i specifications

According to the listing on FTP Shop, Realme 5i will sport a 6.52-inch waterdrop notch IPS LCD display. Under the hood, it will have Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor paired with 4 GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It would run Android Pie OS with ColorOS 6.1.
In the camera department, Realme 5i would bring a quad rear camera module comprising of a 12-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel lens, a 2-megapixel lens and lastly a 2-megapixel lens. There is also an 8-megapixel selfie shooter. 

For battery, the phone will get a 5000mAh battery capacity. Apart from 4GB+64GB variant, it is also expected to get an entry-level 3GB+32GB storage model.

Ladakh:  The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) personnel celebrated India's 71st Republic Day at 17,000 feet in the freezing temperature of Ladakh. The temperature in Ladakh is minus 20 degrees Celsius.
